Rehkopf is a proven scorer at the OHL level having hit the 30-goal mark each of the last three seasons. This is the second time in Rehkopf's OHL career that he has recorded six points during a game. The Vaughn native's last six-point outing occurred on Feb. 4, 2024, in a game against the Soo Greyhounds. He scored two goals and added four assists in the contest. At his core, Rehkopf is a goal scorer, something Seattle needs based on this year's results. Seattle's highest goal scorer, Jaden Schwartz, has 18 goals this year placing him 70th on the NHL scoring lists. While it's normally otters that eat fish, on this occasion the Steelheads torched the Erie Otters by a final score of 10-3.
