The club had drafted the forward 32nd overall in the recent CHL Import Draft, and surely had help from older brother Martin in convincing him to come to the OHL. Misiak, 18, bounced around during the 2024-25 season. He started the season back home in Slovakia in their senior league, scoring 7 points (5 goals, 2 assists) in 26 games. For a 17-year-old, that’s not too shabby.
