The Armada best the Sea Dogs 6-2 with a multi-point night from top 2025 draft prospect Justin Carbonneau (1+2). The team also saw big nights from C Vincent Desjardins (0+3), LW Olivier Lemieux (1+1) and LW Egor Goriunov (1+1).
As for the Sea Dogs, they too had a goal from a 2025 draft prospect as Zach Morin potted his 13th of the year.
Quebec Remparts (1) - Chicoutimi Saguenéens (4)
In the match between the Chicoutimi Saguenéens and the Quebec Remparts yesterday, both teams saw massive goaltending performances. The winning goaltender, Chicoutimi's Raphael Precourt had 24 saves on 25 shots, meanwhile 2025 NHL draft eligible Louis-Antoine Denault of the Remparts let in three goals, albeit on 39 shots.
Rouyn-Noranda Huskies (3) - Drummondville Huskies (2) -OT
The Huskies two key players in the team's win over the Volts were RW Thomas Verdon (2+1), who got points on all three of the Huskies goals, and 2025 NHL draft prospect Samuel Meloche who stopped 37 of 39.
Rimouski Océanic (3) - Sherbrooke Phoenix (1)
While C Mael St-Denis' two goals helped the team seperate themselves from Sherbrooke, they can owe their win to the play of goaltender Mathis Langevin who stopped 38 of 39, keeping them in the game in the first place.
