The Cape Breton Eagles have acquired 5-foot-8 centerman Lewis Gendron from the Sherbrooke Phoenix in exchange for a 2026 and 2027 seconds and a 2025 fifth round pick.
Gendron, 19, had 26 points (10+16) over 32 games with the Phoenix this season, while serving as an alternate captain.
He has no NHL or NCAA affiliation as of yet.
