The Eagles were busy today.
In addition to the prior move they made today in shedding overager Noah Reinhart, the team has made a couple more.
The team added 20-year old forward Dylan Andrews from the West Kent Steelers of the Maritime Junior Hockey League (MJAHL).
Andrews will be a five year QMJHL veteran, having previously played in 206 games in the league -- all with the Acadie-Bathurst Titan -- where he scored 88 points (34+54).
His best season was in 2021-22 where he potted 37 points (15+22) across 57 games.
Last year, he only was able to produce 24 points (9+15) across 66 games.
That said, he's seemingly re-gained his offensive touch and confidence as through 10 games in the MJAHL, he's tallied 15 points (7+8).

In a corresponding move, the team has dealt the signing rights to forward Charles-Antoine Lavallee to the Chicoutimi Saguenéens for a 2027 seventh round pick.
The Sags will employ the services of Lavallee as they have announced that team captain and fellow overager, Kassim Gaudet, will be out for six to eight weeks with an upper body injury.
Lavallee, 20, is a veteran of 137 QMJHL games -- between the Gatineau Olympiques, the Baie-Comeau Drakkar and the Cape Breton Eagles -- producing 55 points (28+27).
So far, Lavallee has registered 18 points (11+7) over 11 games with the MJAHL's Amherst Ramblers.
