Kingsley, 19, had 11 points (4+7) across 35 games with the Tigres this season -- on pace to shatter his career high of 15 points that he set last season.
With this move, the Volts both improve their defense and also add experience as Kingsley has 136 QMJHL games under his belt and was part of the Tigres and has played 14 games of playoff hockey in the league already.
On the otherhand the Tigres add 17-year old forward Dupere, who had eight points (3+5) across 17 games in his rookie campaign thus far.
