The Chicoutimi Sagueneens also have a forward who has been named the Videotron Player of the Week.
Each week, the QMJHL names a "Team of the Week" honoring the league's top players. Three forwards, two defensemen, and one goaltender are selected each week, based on their gameplay from the previous week.

For the week of October 16-22, 2023, the following players from five different QMJHL teams were chosen:

Player of the Week
In addition, the league announces a weekly "Videotron Player of the Week" to acknowledge the top player in the QMJHL. This week, this honor goes to Chicoutimi forward Maxim Masse.
In just three games played last week, the 17-year-old played tallied a whopping six goals, in addition to two assists. His performance through those games earned him multiple points in consecutive games, including at least one game-winner.
Masse is currently tied for seventh in the league's points race, with 17 points in 12 games played.
