The Memorial Cup host Rimouski Océanic's roster boasts many NHL prospects. On their blueline, Florida Panthers prospect defender Luke Coughlin.

Coughlin, 20, is fresh off of a 24 point campaign (4+20) with the Océanic -- however due to injury. he's been limited to just nine games with three points (1+2). Regardless, the 5-foot-10 left shot defender has been a key mobile shutdown defender for one of the top teams in the QMJHL.

Despite still being eligible for his overage season, it would appear that he'll move on early -- inking a commitment to the University of Maine for the 2025-26 season.
