The Gatineau Olympiques have already begun trying to shape up their roster for next season, coming out of the gates with a new signing.

The Olympiques have officially signed Massachusetts-born left winger Ethan Cox to a contract starting next season. The 2006-born player is coming off of split time with 36 points (17+19) over 27 games in US preperatory high school hockey with Noble & Greenough School, and 26 points (18+8) over 22 games at the U18 AAA level.

The team has historically found success with acquiring players from prep, including recently forward Nicholas Petrut.
