    Yesterday, the Cape Breton Eagles announced that three of its players were involved in a multi car accident on Monday.

    None of the players involved sustained major injuries from the incident.

    Both 19-year old left winger Angelo Fullerton and 19-year old right winger Lucas Romeo were released from the hospital yesterday.

    Although, Brayden Schmitt was held back for further evaluations.

    As of this morning, the Cape Breton Eagles have confirmed via X.com, that Schmitt has been released from the hospital and is at home with family.

    The QMJHL and hockey community came together to show its support for the three players.
