- Sherbrooke Phoenix acquire goaltender Luc-Antoine Labbe from the Cape Breton Eagles in exchange for a twelfth round pick in 2025 (originally from Cape Breton).
- The Sherbrooke Phoenix acquired 2023 eighth round pick, centerman Eliott Guenette from the Rimouski Océanic as compensation for the Samuel St-Hilaire trade.
As for roster moves, there's been a few:
- The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies have dropped 16-year old forward Charlie Benigno. The 2024 fifth round QMJHL draft pick has 0 points across eight games this season. As he's only 16, one should expect him back with the Huskies by the start of training camp next season.
- Baie-Comeau cut 17-year old left winger Pierre-Olivier Denis. Denis has 0 points across three games with Baie-Comeau, and is a former fourth round pick by the team in 2023.
- Chicoutimi defenseman Filip Simovic has left the team for Austrian EC-KAC Jrs. after playing in just three games with the Sags, potting one assist.
- The Saint John Sea Dogs dropped defender Giuliano Caputo. Caputo, 18, had 0 points across 16 games with the team.
