A look at which WHLers stepped up on day four of the 2024 World Juniors.

Welcome to the WHL three stars of the day from the 2024 World Juniors. This daily article selects three WHLers who made a difference for their home country at the 2024 IIHF World Junior Championship. Here are the players from day four of the tournament.

3. Fraser Minten- Canada

Although Canada was shut out, Fraser Minten played exceptionally well. He had a game-high five shots on net and was the only forward on Team Canada to surpass 19 minutes in ice time. The Saskatoon Blades forward led by example against Sweden and is wearing the "C" with pride at this year's tournament.

2. Robin Sapoušek- Czechia

Robin Sapoušek played arguably his best game of the tournament so far and was rewarded for his efforts. The Victoria Royals forward scored his first career World Juniors goal and finished the game with 19:02 of ice time, which was two and a half minutes more than he played against Norway. Playing on Czechia's second line, he has been earning more ice time as the tournament has progressed and has made the most of his opportunities so far this tournament.

1. Viliam Kmec- Slovakia

Viliam Kmec has been a workhorse for Slovakia all tournament. In 23:05 of ice time versus Norway, the Prince George Cougars defenceman finished with an assist and two shots on goal. Playing over seven minutes in each of period, he has been a significant factor in Slovakia's 3-0 start at the World Juniors.
