Andrew Cristall recorded his 350th career point on Wednesday.
For just the sixth time since the start of the 21st Century, a player has recorded 350 career regular season WHL points. The latest member of the 350-point club is Spokane Chiefs Andrew Cristall, who hit the mark on Wednesday against his former team, the Kelowna Rockets. The Washington Capitals winger is the 76th player in WHL history to hit the mark and the first since Nic Petan in 2015.
Cristall has been on a point machine his entire WHL career. In 222 games, he has a career points per game of 1.58 and is already up to 71 points in 31 games this season. The 2023 NHL third-round pick was recently dealt from the Rockets to the Cheifs, where he has recorded 11 points in three games since being acquired.
The question now is how high will Cristall climb on the all-time list. Spokane currently has 26 games remaining, which, based on his current form, could mean an additional 50 points. If Cristall can hit the 400-point mark, he would move into a tie for 32nd all-time in league history and would be the first player to play in the 21st Century to hit the mark.
Cristall will continue his run to 400 on Friday when Spokane takes on the Prince George Cougars. The Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena is expected to be packed as this will be Cristall's first home game since being acquired at the 2025 trade deadline. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:05 pm PT.
