Welcome to THN's "WHL Standouts From The Week" article. In this weekly column, we highlight one player from each division who impressed over the last week. Here is a look at the four standouts from week ten.

    Andrew Cristall- Kelowna Rockets

Andrew Cristall had arguably the best three-game stretch of his WHL career over the past week. In three games, Cristall has nine points, which included a five-point outing against the Vancouver Giants. With World Junior selection camp on the horizon, it is hard to imagine a world at this point where Cristall does not make Team Canada.

    Alex Worthington- Edmonton Oil Kings

Alex Worthington was almost unbeatable this past week for the Edmonton Oil Kings. He went 3-0-0 and stopped 80 of the 83 shots he faced. Recording his first career WHL shutout on Teddy Bear Toss night, Worthington is developing into one of the top goaltenders in the league this season.

    Austin Zemlak- Tri-City Americans

It was a productive week for Austin Zemlak, who recorded five points over the past four games. The left-shot defenceman also recorded 13 points and helped the Tri-City Americans go a perfect 4-0 over the past seven days. While Zemlak may not get a ton of attention, his addition to the Americans this season has been one of the reasons why they sit near the top of the WHL standings.

    Rilen Kovacevic- Moose Jaw Warriors

Rilen Kovacevic provided plenty of offence this week, scoring three goals in two games for the Moose Jaw Warriors. Kovacevic has been hot of late in general, with six goals over his past five games. Now with 19 points in 19 games, he is closing in on his career high with over half the season to play.
