Portland Wintwehawks 4, Prince George Couagrs 2 Portland Wins Series 4-3 The Portland Winterhawks are off to the second round after an exhilarating Game 7 victory over the Prince George Cougars. Ondrej Štěbeták was a star for Portland, as he stopped 33 of the 35 shots he faced during the 4-2 win. As for the series winner, that was scored by Josh Zakreski, who beat Joshua Ravensbergen midway in the third period. 3 Stars: Prince George: Koehn Ziemmer- 1 Shot Prince George: Viliam Kmec- 1 Assist Prince George: Borya Valis- 7 Shots Everett Silvertips 1, Seattle Thunderbirds 0 (2OT) Everett Wins Series 4-2 The Everett Silvertips punched their ticket to the second round after defeating the Seattle Thunderbirds 1-0 in Game 6. Ethan Kaplan scored the only goal of the night, which lasted 93:43.
