Britta Curl, Sanni Ahola, and Alaina Giampietro received monthly national honors from the NCAA.
Curl, a graduate forward with Wisconsin, was named the NCAA's national Player of the Month scoring 26 points in 10 games to lead all NCAA players, including a nine game goal scoring streak.
Ahola posted four shutouts in five starts for St. Cloud State stopped 99 of 100 shots she faced, leading St. Cloud State to a 5-0-0 record with her between the pipes. Her efforts earned her national Goaltender of the Month.
Alaina Giampietro was the NCAA national rookie of the month scoring 12 points in 10 games this season to open her NCAA career. The Robert Morris University forward was committed to play for Ohio State last year but transferred to the newly relaunched Robert Morris program without playing a game at Ohio State last season.
