Clarkson netminder Michelle Pasiechnyk has been named the 2023-2024 NCAA Goaltender of the Year.
Clarkson's Michelle Pasiechnyk has been named the 2023-2024 NCAA Goaltender of the Year as named by the Women's Hockey Commissioners Association.
The Ottawa prduct "has been a pillar in goal for the Golden Knights this season" the HCA's announced stated
In 31 games this season, Pasiechnyk recorded a 25-4-1 record along with eight shutouts, and a 1.29 GAA and .945 save percentage.
Last week in the NCAA quarterfinals, Pasiechnyk was spectacular stopping 61 shots in. a 3-2 quadruple overtime win.
The other finalists for the 2024 award were Ohio State's Raygan Kirk and Northeastern's Gwyneth Philips, who was the NCAA's 2023 Goaltender of the Year.
