Colgate has a strong 2026-27 recruiting class joining their program with a mix of forwards and defenders bolstering the lineup.

Colgate has seen a wave of players advancing to the pro ranks in recent seasons, and this recruiting class will go a long way in helping Colgate reclaim some of their lost scoring, and defensive depth.

Olympian Linda Vocetkova headlines the group, and with players like Emma Pais, Avery Pickering, and Alexia Aubin returning, there are enough veterans in tow to help guide this group.

Colgate is a program that looks like they'll get better as the season progresses.

A member of Czechia's senior national team playing at the 2026 Olympics, Vocetkova is already in a position to become a bigger impact player in the NCAA. She captained Czechia's U-18 national team winning silver and bronze medals for her nation. Over the past three seasons, the 19-year-old, 5-foot-9 forward has grown her game with Djurgarden in the SDHL.

The Edmonton product made Canada's U-18 national team. She's a steady defender who isn't expected to do a lot offensively, but will provide quality two-way contributions. 

Morrison made Canada's U-18 Summer Select roster and has played two seasons for Team Ontario at Canada's U-18 national championships. Morrison was a dominant player in the PWHL this season putting up 29 goals and 75 points in 46 games with the Stoney Creek Sabres.

Another standout for Stoney Creek this season, and a key member of Team Atlantic's silver medal winning team from Nationals. Sanford is a prototypical puck moving defneder who can distribute, but also has a strong enough shot to do damage from the blueline. She had 45 points in 43 games for the Sabres this season in the OWHL.
