Holy Cross is bringing a decidedly more international look to their roster this season. Last year, Holy Cross didn't have a single player from outside North America on their roster. Next season that will change as the program prepares to welcome national team members from Slovakia, Austria, and Switzerland.

Here's a look the 2025-26 Holy Coss' women's hockey recruiting class.

    Livia Debnarova, G, Winchendon

There's significant interest in Debnarova's development not only as it pertains to Holy Cross' success, but as it will impact how far Slovakia can advance internationally. She backstopped Slovakia's U-18 team at the 2024 World Championships, and was Slovakia's starter for their senior national team at the 2025 Division 1A World Championships carrying them within one win of promotion to the top division.

Anna Billa, D, SKN Sabres St. Polten

The 19-year-old is versatile and can play both forward and defence. Billa captained Austria's U-18 national team in 2024 being named their best player at the tournament, and last year helped Austria's senior national team win gold at the Division 1A World Championships earning promotion to the top group for next year.

    Naemi Herzig, F, EC Zug

An intelligent two-way forward who is highly competitive, Herzig has faced the best in the world on multiple occasions representing Switzerland at the last two World Championships facing Canada and USA in the top group. Herzig's off ice character has also been recognized as she was named captain of Switzerland's U-18 national team last year.

Other Holy Cross Recruits: Avery Matt, Ella Malloy, Violet Carroll, Brooklyn Deck.
