The Quinnipiac Bobcats were a nationally ranked program that got stronger as the season went on last year, and they look poised to take another step this year, including with strength coming from their back end out.
Quinnipiac shocked many last year with their strong play, led by NCAA leading goal scorer Kahlen Lamarche, NCAA national Goaltender of the Year finalist Felicia Frank, and PWHL Draft picks Zoe Uens and Emerson Jarvis.
This year, Frank and Lamarche return to a roster that continues to get stronger.
With six new recruits entering the fold, the Bobcats are ready to challenge top teams in the ECAC and nationally yet again, a task they'll open at Maine on September 25-26.
2026-27 Quinnipiac Women's Hockey Recruiting Class
Rosalie Breton, D, Canada
Already 20, Breton is a mature prospect who has been dominating in Quebec's college league this season scoring 20 goals and 93 points in 60 games. Her maturity should enable Breton to step in immediately and contribute. She's a former member of Canada's U-18 national team and is a strong distributor of the puck. She made Canada’s national development team this summer before every stepping foot on collegiate ice.
Clara-Mai Van Houtte-Cachero, D, Canada
Spent two summers playing for Canada in their series against the USA at the U-18 level, Van Houtte-Cachero is an underrated find for the Bobcats. She plays a physical game and competes hard. She's spent the last three seasons honing her game with John Abbott College in Quebec.
Natalia Dilbone, G, USA
Quinnipiac's crease is under the complete control of Felicia Frank, but Dilbone looks like the netminder who will become the heir to that spot. A longtime member of Little Caesars in Michigan, Dilbone also represented USA at two U-18 World Championships winning gold and silver. The Ohio product guided Little Caesars to nationals both at the 16-U and 19-U levels.
