St. Cloud's 2023-2024 recruiting class will bring the program closer to challenging the WCHA's top teams over the next four years.

St. Cloud State is bringing in the firepower. Regularly playing against powerhouse programs like Wisconsin and Minnesota, St. Cloud is doing their part in the arms race with elite recruits from Canada, USA, and Finland entering the fold over the next two seasons.
With the winner of the top forward award at Canada's U-18 national club championships, and an Olympic and World Championship medallist among their recruits, St. Cloud has scoring punch joining their women's hockey program.
Here's a look at St. Cloud's 2023-2024 recruiting class.
Greta Henderson, F, 2005 - Watching Henderson play, she hits the ice with swagger. Her confidence is contagious, and she has a natural goal scorers touch. The puck seems to find her, and her energy brings out the best in her team, and gets under the skin of her opponents. The top forward from the 2023 Esso Cup, Henderson led the tournament in goals. Captaining the Regina Rebels, Henderson compiled 36 goals and 65 points this season.
Sofianna Sundelin, F, 2003 - Having played in three World Championships and the Olympic Games for Finland, Sundelin is one of the most exciting prospects headed to the NCAA this season. She had five points in seven games helping Finland earn their way back to Group A at the World Championships, and has scored more than a point per game with Team Kuortane in Naisten Liiga. Shifty with the puck, Sundelin has excellent vision and elevates her linemates.
Alice Sauriol, F, 2003 - The other 2003 born recruit, St. Cloud is getting a more mature class and Sauriol joins after multiple seasons playing among some of the top prospects in North America at Stanstead College. Sauriol scored 25 goals and 62 points in 53 games this season for Stanstead.
Other 2023-2024 recruits including defender Carmen Bray from RINK Academy, and forwards Sophia Johnson, Grace Delmonico, and Apple Valley High captain Marie Moran, as well as netminder Paige Hoogendam.
In 2024-2025 St. Cloud will add more Finnish standouts including Siiri Yrjölä and Emilia Kyrkkö, as well as American forward Myah Krueger.
