USA Hockey has invited 12 women's goaltenders to participate in their National Goaltending Camp this weekend in Plymouth, Michigan.

USA Hockey is set to bring the top 24 goaltending prospects together for their 2023 national goaltending camp this weekend in Plymouth, Michigan.

The group features 12 women, but does not include professional netminders.

Notable to the group are NCAA goaltender of the year Gwyneth Philips who plays for Northeastern, and recent NCAA graduate Abbey Levy who was Team USA's third goalie for the recent IIHF World Championships.

Also invited were Annelies Bergmann, USA's starter at eh U-18 World Championships this year. Bergmann also became the first woman ever to play in an NAHL game this season when she started for the Janesville Jets. Bergmann is committed to play for Cornell in the NCAA.

On the younger end of the scale, the invitees also include Uma Corniea and Layla Hemp, who both spent the season playing high school hockey in Minnesota, where Corniea was named the top goaltender in Minnesota, as well as Ava McNaughton, who played for Bishop Kearney, and is committed to join the University of Wisconsin next season.

Current or graduating NCAA goaltenders invited included Amanda Thiele (Ohio State), Skylar Vetter (Minnesota), Callie Shanahan (Boston University), Cami Kronish (Wisconsin), Alexandra Pellicci (Harvard) and JoJo Chobak (St. Cloud).
