    Anne Cherkowski made her senior national team debut with Canada, recording her first point, and making an impact in her time on ice.

    It only took Anne Cherkowski 7:44 seconds to record her first career point with Canada's senior national team. Cherkowski made her national team debut during game three of the 2023-2024 Canada - USA Rivalry Series in Kitchener, Ontario.

    Canada eventually fell 3-2 in overtime, but Cherkowski showed she can make a difference in Canada's line. A speedy two-way forward, Cherkowski is a standout this year for Clarkson University. Prior to Clarkson she earned two medals, a gold and silver, as a member of Canada's U-18 national team.
