Ann-Frederique Guay went from NCAA DIII, to DI, to a successful first pro season in the SDHL with Linkoping. Here's Chris Sinclair's conversation with the forward about her year.

Guay, who hails from St-Lambert-de-Lauzon, Quebec, spent four seasons at Norwich University at the NCAA DIII, before playing her final season of NCAA eligibility at the Division I level with Maine. After scoring 28 points in 34 games for Maine, Guay signed as a free agent with Linkoping.
