
USA national team legend Brianna Decker has been announced as a member of the 2024 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame induction class.

USA Hockey legend Brianna Decker was today named as a member of the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame 2024 induction class. The Dousman, Wisconsin product was joined by Matt Cullen, Frederic McLaughlin, Kevin Stevens and 2002 Paralympic Sled Hockey Team.
"The impact of the Class of 2024 spans across the sport and each honoree is reflective of the extraordinary contributions necessary to earn the highest honor in American hockey," said Mike Trimboli, president of USA Hockey. "Their stories are all unique and have positively impacted so many. We very much look forward to enshrining the Class in December."
Decker, who currently coaches at Shattuck-St. Mary's represented USA at three Olympic Games including winning gold at the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.
Decker also won six gold medals at the IIHF World Championships between 2011 and 2019, earning tournament MVP honors at the 2017 World Championships, and was a three-time tournament All-Star.
Prior to joining USA's senior national team, Decker won gold in 2008 and 2009 with USA at the U-18 World Championships.
The two-time recipient of the USA Hockey Bob Allen Women’s Player of the Year Award, Decker amassed 79 points in 55 career World Championship and Olympic games played.
Away from USA's national program, Decker won the 2012 Patty Kazmaier Award and a 2011 NCAA national championship representing the University of Wisconsin. Following her NCAA career she played in the CWHL, NWHL, and PWHPA, twice being named the NWHL's MVP playing for the Boston Pride, who she won the 2016 Isobel Cup with.
