Czechia, Finland, Germany, and Denmark are set to face-off in a four day tournament at the second stop of the Euro Hockey Tour in Germany.
Czecha, Finland, Germany, and Denmark will face off in Landshut, Germany from November 8-12 in the second stop of the Euro Hockey Tour this season among the four nations.
The Four Nations Tournament is another preparatory event leading up to the 2024 IIHF women's World Championships in Utica, New York.
Czechia was the first team out of the gate to announce their roster. Among the players named will be a group of PWHL destined players who only days after the tournament finishes will find themselves on the ice with their new teams for the first time. Those players include Montreal's Tereza Vanisova and Dominika Laskova, Ottawa's Katerina Mrazova and Aneta Tejralova, and Minnesota's Denisa Krizova.
Also back with Czechia is world-class netminder Klara Peslarova who missed the last World Championship cycle with an injury. She's off to a solid start in Sweden playing for Brynas.
At their last prep tournament, Finland welcomed four new members to their national team lineup in Nella Berg, Julia Schalin, Kiti Seikkula, and Lisette Täks.
Three of the four, Schalin, Seikkula, and Täks are all back for Finland, who will field a veteran lineup including Petra Nieminen, Vivvi Vainikka, Noora Tulus, and Emilia Vesa up front, defenders Ronja Salvolainen, Jenni Hiirikoski, and Sini Karjalainen, and netminder Anni Keisala.
