Savannah Norcross, who spent last season as a member of the PWHL's New York Sirens, and Ottawa Charge draft pick Audrey-Anne Veillette are the most recent releases from PWHL camps to sign in Sweden.

Norcross, who appeared in 20 games last season with New York has signed with Luleå in the SDHL.

"I'm really looking forward to making the move to Sweden and playing for Luleå Hockey," Norcross said in a translated press release. "I feel like this league will push me to have to be my best self. It will be great fun to play on a bigger rink and I've heard that Luleå Hockey has the best crowd in the entire SDHL."

Norcross will rejoin former New York teammate Johanna Fällman who is playing with Luleå. Luleå also signed former Montreal Victoire forward Sarah Bujold this week.

Also heading to Sweden is Ottawa Charge draft pick Audrey-Anne Veillette who missed all of last season while recovering from injury. Veillette signed with HV71.

"In Audrey-Anne, we get a very skilled player who can contribute all over the court," said HV71's Peter Hammarström in a translated press release. "She can play in all positions, but her greatest strengths are clearly in the offensive, where she is a scoring forward who will add edge."

Maude Poulin-Labelle, who played for the Toronto Sceptres last season also signed in Sweden this week with Brynas.
