PWHL Minnesota's Susanna Tapani scored twice as Finland picked up their first win at the final stop on the Euro Hockey Tour beating Switzerland 3-1.
Tapani was lined up alongside Michelle Karvinen and Petra Nieminen on a line that accounted for all of Finland's scoring.
Switzerland's Ivana Maria Wey opened the scoring in the first, but Tapani answered back only minutes later with Karvinen assisting. Tapani took Karvinen's pass streaking down the middle splitting the Swiss defenders before going high blocker side on Saskia Maurer.
Less than a minute into the second period, Tapani struck again with Karvinen and Nieminen each grabbing assists. Nieminen took the puck behind the net before reversing the pressure with a pass out front to Tapani who one-timed a shot short side.
Nieminen scored on of her own 30 seconds into the third period to put the game on ice.
Finland dominated puck possession from start to finish firing 31 shots at Swiss netminder Saskia Maurer, while Switzerland only managed 11 shots against Finland's Anni Keisala.
