    USA Hockey is bringing together 76 professional and college players for their 2025 National Festival slated for August 3-9 in Lake Placid.

    From the 76 invited, which includes 21 players who will compete in the PWHL and 55 who will play in the NCAA next season, USA will also name their Collegiate Select roster which will take the ice against Canada's national development team in a three-game series from August 13-16.

    Of the nine goaltenders attending, PWHL netminders Gwyneth Philips and Aerin Frankel are the only pros. Wisconsin's Ava McNaughton who was USA's third goalie at the 2025 World Championships will also attend. Among the remaining goalies, Katie DeSa (Penn State), JoJo Chobak (St. Cloud State), and Grace Campbell (Boston College) are likely to declare for the PWHL Draft in 2026, while Annelies Bergmann (Cornell) was the ECAC Goaltender of the Year and a returnee to USA's Collegiate Select team.

    On the blueline, Cayla Barnes (Seattle), Rory Guilday (Ottawa), Savannah Harmon (Toronto), Megan Keller (Boston), Lee Stecklein (Minnesota), Anna Wilgren (Seattle), and Haley Winn (Boston) are the PWHL players heading to camp. They're joined by Caroline Harvey and Laila Edwards from Wisconsin, who were both members of USA's gold-medal roster at the World Championships. Another group of PWHL draft-eligible players are also attending, including Emma Peschel (Ohio State), Sydney Morrow (Minnesota), Casey Borgiel (Colgate), Kendall Butze (Penn State), Jules Constantinople (Northeastern), Grace Dwyer (Cornell), Vivian Jungels (Wisconsin), and Megan McKay (Clarkson).

    Up front, USA's veteran core remains intact including PWHL players Hilary Knight (Seattle), Kendall Coyne Schofield (Minnesota), Alex Carpenter (Seattle), Kelly Pannek (Minnesota), Jesse Compher (Toronto), Hannah Bilka (Seattle), Britta Curl-Salemme (Minnesota), Taylor Heise (Minnesota), Gabbie Hughes (Ottawa), Casey O'Brien (New York Sirens), Hayley Scamurra (Montreal), and Grace Zumwinkle (Minnesota). Returnees to their forward group from the 2025 Worlds include Joy Dunne (Ohio State), Kirsten Simms (Wisconsin), Lacey Eden (Wisconsin), Abbey Murphy (Minnesota), and Tessa Janecke (Penn State). A large number of PWHL prospects are also in the mix up front including Eden, Simms, Janecke, and Murphy.
