USA Hockey today named a 25-player roster for both their Collegiate Select and U-18 Select teams for an upcoming series against Canada's National Development and U-18 Select rosters in Richmond, British Columbia.
USA Hockey today named a 25-player roster for both their Collegiate Select and U-18 Select teams for an upcoming series against Canada's National Development and U-18 Select rosters in Richmond, British Columbia.
The Collegiate Select team features eight returning members of last summer's roster, while six players return to the U-18 roster from USA's U-18 World Championship gold medal winning team. USA's Collegiate Select roster is headlined by 2026 Olympic gold medalist Ava McNaughton who joins in USA's crease.
Both teams play their opener against Canada on August 12.

USA's returnees from last summer include defenders Rose Dwyer (Cornell) and Laney Potter (Wisconsin), and forwards Bella Fanale (Minnesota), Kelly Gorbatenko (Wisconsin), Cassie Hall (Wisconsin), Maddie Kaiser (Minnesota), Ava Lindsay (Minnesota), and Maggie Scannell (Wisconsin).
Ava McNaughton (Wisconsin), Uma Corniea (Princeton), and Hailey Hansen (Minnesota State) will mind USA's crease at the event.
Also named to USA's blueline alongside Potter and Dwyer were Molly Boyle (Yale), Emi Biotti (Harvard), Rosie Klein (Princeton), Sophie Morrow (Penn State), Maddie Murphy (Boston College), Lauren Zawoyski (Minnesota State).
Up front, on top of the six returnees are Rylee Bartz (Ohio State), Ella Boerger (St. Thomas), Chloe Boreen (St. Thomas), Kassidy Carmichael (Ohio State), Kaia Malachino (Ohio State), Rae Mayer (Minnesota-Duluth), Quinn Taylor (Boston University), and Ava Thomas (Boston College).
U-18 Select Roster Named
USA brought back U-18 World Championship gold medalists Lily Bromley, Jane Daley, Annabelle Lovell, Taylee Manion, Chyna Taylor, and Cecilia Wielenberg for the Summer Select Series.
Joining Wielenberg in net are Emma Pieper and Allie Callahan who both play high school hockey in Minnesota.
On the blueline joining Taylor and Manion are Alexis Ulrich, Cassidy Cha, Margaret Chudzinski, Reese Engel, Nadiya Nadaud, and Noelle Noble.
Up front, Lovell, Bromley, and Daley will do some heavy lifting, joined by Frances Ames, Madeline Call, Brooke Lakowske, Delaney Miller, Aubryn Monter, Gia Orizoti, Hannah Rychley, Bria Schilling, Amelia Sutch, and Reese Unklesbay.
