
The 2025 LATAM Amerigol Cup got underway with the women's Division II tournament in Coral Springs, Florida. The puck dropped on the Division I tournament Wednesday, but not before the Division II title was handed out.
The Division II tournament included teams representing the Caribbean, Pakistan, Peurto Rico, Argentina, Chile, and a First Nations team. After round robin play and the semi-finals, Caribbean and First Nations headed to the championship game with Caribbean coming away with a 3-1 win.
As she had all tournament, Aubrey Lang was Caribbean's leader offensively scoring twice in the championship game. Lang plays her club hockey at Breck School in Minnesota.
Lauren Fishkin had the other Caribbean goal, while Kristen Smith scored for First Nations.
First Nations advanced to the final defeating Pakistan 3-1 while Caribbean beat Argentina 3-0.

With the Division II tournament done, the top division is already underway with the Caribbean's top team facing off against Argentina, Columbia, Greece, Puerto Rico, and a Florida team known as the Lucky Pucks.
The top division of competition features many players with competitive and college experience in North America.
