Hockey Canada shared the story of Kolbee Ashe, and how the game of hockey has brought her closer to the memory of her brother Dylan Ashe. 

Dylan Ashe passed away in 2020 after being involved in a car accident. He was 18. Ashe had played Junior A hockey in the SJHL for the Melfort Mustangs.

In this video his sister Kolbee discusses how hockey has become her favorite place, and a spot she can connect to the memory of her brother. Ashe is currently a member of Team Saskatchewan at the 2023 U-18 Canadian Women's National Championships.
