Kennedy walker is a power forward who played this season with New Hampton School and the East Coast Wizards. The 2006, five-foot-eight player from Middleton, Massachusetts was one of 34 players to advance to USA's national U-18 selection camp this year.

"Really good size, incredible power, loves to mix it up," said Kevin Harrington, coach of the East Coast Wizards in describing Walker's play.

Using her power and strength, Walker has started to get the puck to the middle of the ice where her scoring skills are starting to shine. This season in 27 games, she recorded 27 points.

"Kennedy gets down the ice quick and plays the body, but where she's really developed is her wall play, and her willingness to take pucks to the net," said Harrington.

"That's where she's started to show her scoring ability."

Walker has separated herself using these on-ice attributes, as well as her academic performance in the classroom as a top player to watch in the coming years at the NCAA level.
