Family ties have always been a point of discussion in hockey with the belief that bloodlines can play a role in predicting success. While much of that discussion has focused on brothers, women's hockey has always had a notable group of family members as well.

Of course, there were the sister-brother combos of Cammi Granato and Tony Granato, and more recently of Amanda Kessel and Phil Kessel, but there are dozens of active duos as well. Here's a look at the top sister-brother combos in hockey today.

Jesse Compher finished 18th in PWHL scoring last season with the Toronto Sceptres and reclaimed her spot on Team USA at the World Championships, winning gold in 2025. Her brother JT Compher finished his tenth season in the NHL, continuing his consistent production with the Detroit Red Wings.
