Winn is an elite passer both from her own zone, and at the offensive blueline. Her mobility allows her to close gaps quickly on opponents and Winn is not afraid to engage physically either.
At the offensive blueline, Winn walks the line with ease keeping herself open to the play enabling her to scan the entire zone or to quickly find a passing or shooting lane. While she likes to join the play, Winn is responsible in her decision making.
As a member of Team USA has a pair of World Championship gold medals and a silver.
This season with Clarkson Winn recorded 46 points in 38 games. For her efforts she was named the ECAC Player of the Year and Defender of the Year and was named a First Team All-American.

Winn is candidate to go first overall this year, and will certainly be off the board in the first three picks.
