    Natalie Mlynkova

Natalie Mlynkova is a potential first round pick for the upcoming 2025 PWHL Draft. The forward from Czechia has been a known quantity both at the NCAA level and internationally for several seasons.

Mlynkova is a talented two-way forward who plays a puck possession game. She can transport the puck and is agile on her feet. Mlynkova can generate chances off the forecheck and shows good puck skills in tight spaces.

With Czechia, she's become an offensive leader including recording six points in seven games at the 2025 World Championships, and being named a tournament All-Star in 2024.

Mlynkova has watched her Czech teammates advance to the PWHL and sees the opportunity.

"I think it’s a great opportunity for women’s hockey in general," said Mlynkova of the PWHL. "The game is growing in the right direction and there hasn’t been more exciting time for women’s hockey ever before. Just watching the games and the level of the game from these girls is incredible."

This season Mlynkova scored 34 points in 39 games with Minnesota in the NCAA after spending the previous four seasons with Vermont.

The PWHL is her obvious goal, but 2026 will also include the representing Czechia at the Olympic Games.

"The goal is to get drafted and get a chance to play in PWHL myself...and also a medal from Olympic Games..." she said.
