
Annie Camens, who spent 14 years working with the Chicago Blackhawks, and 20 years working in the NHL, has been hired as a vice president of hockey operations for the PWHL.

Among the many announcements made by the new Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) this week was the hiring of Annie Camins.
Camins will join Jayna Hefford in the hockey operations department serving as a vice president of hockey operations for the PWHL.
Camins joins the league with decades of hockey experience at all levels. As a player, Camins captained the University of New Hampshire at the NCAA level.
Following her graduation, Camins joined the Los Angeles Kings spending nearly five years working in Fan Development. From there, she was hired by the NHL as the league's Director of Hockey Events, NHL Hockey Rules Ice and Inline Tour.
After a brief stint with the AHL's Chicago Wolves, Camins joined the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks, an organization she spent more than 14 years with. Camins started with the Blackhawks as the team's director of youth hockey, advancing to become the senior director of fan development, and finally to becoming the organization's senior Executive Director of Fan Development and Amateur Hockey.
Camins was also a member of the NHL / NHLPA Female Hockey Advisory Committee.
