

The Connecticut Whale have agreed to terms with forward Justine Reyes on a two-year contract extension with a total value of $157,500.

The total value $157,500 contract is among the largest two year deals announced this offseason.
Last season Reyes, 26, scored 17 points in 24 games for the Whale, her first season in the league.
“I couldn’t be more excited to be returning to the Whale for another two seasons,” Reyes said in a team press release. “The team is building something special, and I am so happy to be a part of it and bring the Isobel Cup to Connecticut.”
Prior to joining Connecticut, the St. Lawrence University alumni played two seasons with ESC Planegg in Germany, followed by a season in the SDHL with Linköping.
