Ottawa Charge star Emily Clark is on the move signing a two-year contract with PWHL Hamilton in the PWHL expansion process.

PWHL Hamilton completed their Phase 2 signings adding Emily Clark on a two-year contract.

Clark was coming off career lows in Ottawa scoring only nine points in 30 games, and zero points in eight playoff games as the Charge advanced to the Walter Cup finals. She was the league's highest paid player this season earning $126,090, but was set to take a $43,180 pay cut this season to stay in Ottawa.

Clark was one of the league's foundation signings with Ottawa. She scored 34 points in 54 games over her first two seasons in the league.

Internationally, Clark has an Olympic gold medal, two Olympic silver medals, three World Championship gold medals, five World Championship silvers and a bronze.

Clark is one of the most well respected players in the PWHL both for her two-way game and her off ice presence in the community.

The former Wisconsin Badgers star joins fellow Ottawa Charge forward Brianne Jenner, as well Alina Muller, Nicole Gosling, and Kayle Osborne who also signed in Hamilton.

Hamilton will now wait until the next Phase before they can continue adding players.
