PWHL Las Vegas has signed Lacey Eden, the NCAA's leading scorer last season and a two-time World Championship gold medalist with Team USA. Eden was Vegas' fifth overall pick in the 2026 PWHL Draft.

PWHL Las Vegas has signed fifth overall pick and last season's NCAA leading scorer Lacey Eden to a two-year PWHL contract.

"We are incredibly excited to officially welcome Lacey to Las Vegas. She's a player we felt strongly about from the beginning, and we were thrilled to have the opportunity to draft her," said Dominique DiDia, PWHL Las Vegas general manager.

"Her skill, hockey sense, and competitiveness immediately stood out to us, but just as importantly, she is a winner who brings the versatility, integrity, and the mindset we want to define our team."

The 24-year-old Annapolis, Maryland product is the only player to win four NCAA national titles, earning each with the University of Wisconsin. Last season she led the NCAA in scoring with 77 points in 41 games.

Eden is excited to join Las Vegas for her first professional season.

"I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity that lies ahead in Vegas," said Eden. "I can't wait to be a part of the local hockey community, and I am excited to help build a winning culture in this new organization." 

Eden has represented USA at five World Championships, winning two gold. She also won a U-18 World Championship gold with Team USA.
