This weekend, GMs and agents across the league continued conversations leading toward the draft tonight. A few of the names that were brought up in almost every conversation were Ashton Bell, Julia Gosling, Hannah Bilka, Brooke McQuigge, Shay Maloney, and Anna Wilgren. Others discussed included Grace Zumwinkle, Aneta Tejralova, Mannon McMahon, Ally Simpson, and Emma Maltais.
One name to watch on the veteran front is Jessie Eldridge. Eldridge was well respected in New York and is the highest scoring player, and only member of the PWHL's top 20 in scoring this season as she finished seventh in the league.
