Players continue to put pen to paper on PWHL contracts as the preseason camp looms, and cuts begin for clubs.

PWHL Minnesota singed former Minnesota Whitecaps standout Liz Schepers to a one-year deal. This offseason Schepers had signed a two year contract worth $224,500 with the PHF's Whitecaps before the league was acquired.

Schepers scored 14 points in 22 games for the Whitecaps last season after scoring 48 in 38 games in her final season at Ohio State, helping the Buckeyes win a national championship.

Schepers also appeared with Team USA's senior national team at the Rivalry Series last season. Prior to the PHF, Schepers spent five seasons with Ohio State. Schepers was selected by PWHL Minnesota 73rd overall.

PWHL Toronto added forward Alexa Vasko on a one year deal. Vasko was a pro hockey rookie last season scoring five points in 20 games with Team Sonnet in the PWHPA. Prior to joining the PWHPA she spent five seasons with Mercyhurst captaining the team in her final three campaigns.
