PWHL Minnesota has signed defender Natalie Buchbinder to a two-year contract. Buchbinder, 24, is the third blueliner signed by Minnesota.

Buchbinder won a national championship with the University of Wisconsin last season recording 15 assists in 24 games. She also won national titles with Wisconsin in 2019 and 2021.

Buchbinder won U-18 World Championship gold as a member of Team USA in 2017, and was on USA's senior national roster in 2021 taking silver, although she did not appear in a game.

This Fall, Buchbinder played for USA at the opening stop of the Rivalry Series against Canada.

At the 2023 PWHL Draft, Buchbinder was Minnesota's 7th round pick, 37th overall.
