
PWHL New York signed Canadian defender Ella Shelton to a guaranteed three-year deal.

PWHL New York has secured another cornerstone of their blueline inking Canadian national team member Ella Shelton to a three-year contract.

Shelton, 25, has two World Championship and an Olympic gold medal representing Canada, and won a pair of NCAA national championships with Clarkson, a program she captained in 2018-2019.
New York selected Ella Shelton in the first round, 4th overall in the inaugural PWHL Draft.
