
Jessie Eldridge, a member of Canada's senior national team, has signed a two-year contract with PWHL New York. The team also signed Kayla Vespa.

Jessie Eldridge has signed a two-year deal to play for PWHL New York. The Canadian national team member was a third round pick in the PWHL Draft.
Eldridge, 25, was the 16th overall pick in the inaugural PWHL Draft and was one of the top scorers in the PWHPA last season recording 22 points in 20 games for Team Harvey's.
In 2022, Eldridge made her senior national team debut for Team Canada winning gold at the World Championships recording two points in seven games.
The Barrie, Ontario product is an alumni of Colgate, where she scored 30 goals and 54 points in 38 games as a senior, and served as team captain in 2018-2019 before turning pro with the PWHPA.
Eldridge will compete with Canada at the upcoming Rivalry Series.
In other signing news, New York also inked draft pick Kayla Vespa to a one-year deal. Vespa scored 11 points in 19 games last season in the PWHPA with Team Adidas.
New York selected the St. Lawrence University alumni 76th overall in the PWHL Draft.
