The PWHL's free agent signing period opened on June 16 at 9:00 a.m. ET. All eight teams, including the expansion franchises in Seattle and Vancouver, can sign free agents and make trades (which for the first time are permitted to include draft picks from the 2025 Draft, which will be held in Ottawa on June 24).
*The signing period will pause on Friday, June 27 at 2 p.m. and reopen Tuesday, July 8 at 9 a.m. ET.
Some of the top names available include Toronto's Hannah Miller, Boston's Susanna Tapani, Ottawa's Tereza Vanišová, and Minnesota's Michela Cava.
