PWHL Las Vegas sign former Seattle Torrent forward Sydney Langseth to 2-year contract

PWHL Las Vegas announced today that forward Sydney Langseth has signed a 2-year Standard Player Agreement ahead of the 2026-27 season. 

Langseth spent the 2025-26 season as a rookie on the Seattle Torrent, after earning a reserve contract from training camp. After being activated following the Olympic break, the 24-year-old made her professional debut on February 27th. 

Prior to the PWHL, Langseth played five collegiate seasons at Minnesota State University, where she graduated as the all-time leader in games played and sixth in program scoring with 90 career points (36G, 54A). 

With this move, Las Vegas now has 13 players under contract including forwards Abby Boreen, Jada Habisch, Katy Knoll, Darcie Lappan, Maureen Murphy, Haley Scamurra, Natalie Snodgrass, defenders Erin Ambrose, Mae Batherson, Madison Bizal, Megan Carter, Kendall Cooper, and goaltender Nicole Hensley.
