Tereza Vanisova and Amanda Boulier are trading places as part of a last minute deal between PWHL Ottawa and PWHL Montreal.
PWHL Ottawa and PWHL Montreal swapped players in the dying minutes before the inaugural 2024 PWHL Trade Deadline.
The deal sent Tereza Vanisova to Ottawa. Vanisova had 10 points in 17 games for Montreal.
Going the other way was blueliner Amanda Boulier, who has six points in 17 games for Ottawa.
While more may be involved in the deal, Boulier and Vanisova are the main pieces.
PWHL Montreal is currently sitting among the top three teams solidly in a playoff position, while Ottawa is fighting with Boston and New York for the final playoff position giving meaning to the deal for both teams.
