PWHL Vancouver said following their expansion draft process that the team was still searching for top six forwards. It appears they've found one as the team is set to sign Tereza Vanisova.

Vanisova finished tied for second in the PWHL last season in goals recording 15 in 30 games. She tied with Hilary Knight trailing only Marie-Philip Poulin.

Vanisova, 29, recorded 22 points in 30 games, and added four points for Czechia at the World Championships.

The winger plays with an edge leading the PWHL in penalty minutes with 38. She adds another physical two-way presence to Vancouver's lineup.

She will join former Ottawa Charge teammates Emerance Maschmeyer and Ashton Bell in Vancouver.

More to come when the announcement is officially made by the league and team.
