Taylor Heise who tied for the playoff lead in scoring with eight points and was named the PWHL's Ilana Kloss Playoff MVP.

Taylor Heise was named the first ever Ilana Kloss Playoff MVP.

Heise scored five goals and eight points in 10 games in the postseason. She tied teammate Michela Cava for the points lead in the postseason and had an assist in the deciding game five victory.

"It's been a roller coaster of emotions, but I wouldn't want to do it with any other team," said Heise on the ice.

We're the state of hockey and I think that proves it," said Heise on the ice after the game.

Heise was the first overall pick for PWHL Minnesota in the inaugural 2023 Draft.
